SiteSecure is designed for authorised workforce, field personnel, employees, contractors, supervisors and other authorised users to securely perform site-related activities.

This Privacy Policy explains how SiteSecure accesses, collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the application.

SiteSecure may use your current location to determine whether you are within the geographical boundary configured for a site.

When you attempt to perform a location-dependent activity, SiteSecure may verify your current GPS coordinates against the configured site geofence.

If you are outside the authorised geofence, SiteSecure may restrict the activity and display an appropriate message.

SiteSecure may perform security checks to identify potentially manipulated or fake GPS locations.

If mock-location usage is detected, SiteSecure may prevent location-dependent activities from being submitted.

SiteSecure may support offline data capture.

When an internet connection is unavailable, captured information may temporarily remain on the device until it can be synchronised with the authorised server.

LMDI does not sell users' precise location information or photographs to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.

Information temporarily stored on the device for offline synchronisation may be removed after successful synchronisation according to the application's configuration.

Camera permission is required to capture photographs for authorised site activities, inspections and work records.

Location Permission

Location permission is required to determine the user's current location, perform geofence verification and validate site-based activities.

SiteSecure requests these permissions only where they are required for application functionality.

Users can manage Camera and Location permissions through their Android device settings.

Disabling a required permission may prevent certain SiteSecure features from functioning correctly.

15. Children's Privacy

SiteSecure is intended for authorised organisational and workforce users and is not designed as a consumer application for children.
